Our Staff

We’re extremely proud of our staff members—and with good reason. Every individual we hire is carefully screened and intensively trained to provide attentive, responsive service. Criminal background checks are also conducted before hiring. The result is well worth the effort: loyal, long-term employees who are dedicated to their work and take pride in our unique community.

Dining and Kitchen Staff
Our food service personnel include qualified chefs who prepare our delicious and nutritious meals each day. Our servers and kitchen staff make each meal at Parker Ridge a friendly and enjoyable experience. And thanks to their hard work after the meal, our residents don’t ever have to worry about doing the dishes.

Dining Services Director
Planning menus, doing the shopping, and seeing to it that our residents enjoy quality, nutritious meals that please the palate and the eye—these are the duties of our Dining Services Director, who can also be of assistance to those with special dietary needs.

Housekeepers
Our dedicated, friendly housekeeping staff quickly become familiar faces and see to it that Parker Ridge looks great and is squeaky clean. Their services are always a welcome delight.

Facilities Assistants
Our Facilities Assistants help keep Parker Ridge in ship shape and make sure each apartment and cottage is in the best possible running order. From helping residents hang pictures and fixing that leaky faucet to keeping our grounds looking like a garden paradise, the Facilities Assistants help our residents enjoy maintenance-free living every day.

Director of Buildings & Grounds
The Director of Buildings & Grounds ensures the equipment at Parker Ridge operates efficiently, and that the buildings and grounds are in top condition and look superb. Our licensed and certified Director is also available to help coordinate and oversee special projects that residents may wish to undertake within their units.

Front Desk Staff
Whether greeting guests or answering residents’ questions, the front desk staff are there to provide service with a smile.

Care Staff
Twenty-four hours per day, our care staff is ready to help with friendly, caring, and professional assistance. Our care staff consists of Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Residential Medication Aids.

Registered Nurses
A nurse is at Parker Ridge during business hours and on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Our Registered Nurses ensure care plans are appropriate, reviewed, and updated as necessary, and provide personal and attentive care to our residents.

Director of Health Services
Responsible for maintaining our assisted living license and the strong survey results we consistently receive form the state, our Director of Health Services also works with residents, their families, our nurses and care staff to ensure appropriate and unparalleled care.

Activities Coordinator
Our energetic Activities Coordinator creates a fun and entertaining environment enhanced by group activities and discussions, wellness sessions, worship services, and many recreational events and outings.

Director of Advancement
Helping to find the right solution for each individual is the goal of our Director of Advancement, who works with residents and their families as their needs change and assists those who want to learn about becoming part of the Parker Ridge community.

Executive Director
Our Executive Director manages all aspects of our community, mentors and supports the entire staff, and serves the residents of Parker Ridge and the greater community. His goal is to ensure that Parker Ridge provides services and an atmosphere that promote happy, healthy and secure residents.
