Since early 2001, Anne Gibson, MBA, CFP® has owned and operated Gibson Financial Solutions LLC, Eastern Maine’s only fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm and NAPFA registered advisor. She currently manages approximately $45 million in assets for nearly 100 families and provides consulting on an hourly basis for many others. She began her career in 1983 in Bangor as a Trust Officer and worked for Bar Harbor Banking & Trust Company from 1988 through 2000 before starting her own practice.

Carroll Harper is President of Carroll Harper and Associates, Inc., a long term care brokerage and general agency representing many of the top long term care insurance companies. His office has personally serviced long term care insurance claim benefits totaling over 20 million dollars over the past three and half decades.
He began his career in 1975 and has focused his business on long term care and Medicare products and has developed an educational approach to these very complex products.
Mr. Harper has authored and co-authored several long term care insurance/elder law textbooks for CE credit and has authored numerous long term care insurance and Medicare courses for CE credits. His articles covering these topics have appeared in many local newspaper publications, as well as the Maine Lawyers Review and in national publications, such as the LTC News and Comments and the Life and Health Advisor.
He is a member and Past President of the Maine Association of Health Underwriters, and a member and past director of the Eastern Maine Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is active in legislative issues that affect the insurance industry and has testified on many issues in Augusta and has taken his message to Washington. He was the only licensed producer to testify in support of Maine’s Long Term Care Partnership legislation, originally introduced by Senator Peter Mills and also most recently authored legislation to protect Maine seniors regarding Medicare Advantage plans, also introduced by Senator Peter Mills, of which both bills passed and are now law. |

Roberta S. Kuriloff, Attorney and Counselor-at-Law, is admitted to practice in both Maine and Connecticut. She received her B.A. from Hunter College of New York in 1973, and her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1976. She is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Maine Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Roberta completed the Esperti-Peterson Institute's program on Advanced Studies for Estate and Wealth Planning. She is also a Fellow of the Legacy Builders Institute, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to the goals of leaving a meaningful legacy. The institute supports professionals in becoming a community resource for helping families and communities preserve their heritage and perpetuate their legacy.
Roberta teaches organizations and groups about various estate planning issues. She has presented numerous seminars for the public and professional advisors on Medicaid and nursing home concerns, basic and advanced estate planning, including seminars on charitable giving, retirement planning and business succession planning.
She has been a hospice patient-volunteer and Past-President of Hospice of Hancock County. She also is a workshop trainer in the hospice volunteer training program. Roberta was a founder of The Next Step Domestic Violence Project and a past Board President, as well as past President of Faith in Action Community Connection, an organization that offers free services to elderly and disabled residents in Hancock County, Maine, so that they may live independently, with dignity, and a strong quality of life. |

Craig Worcester has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, starting his career in 1983 in the Bangor area with Northwestern Mutual. In 1997 Craig joined Key Bank as Vice President and was responsible for marketing trust and investment services as part of Key’s Private Bank. While at Key, Craig was also an Investment Consultant for their brokerage arm, McDonald Investments. In 2001, Craig joined Union Trust where he helped architect and oversee Cornerstone Investment Services.
Two years ago, Craig moved to Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and currently leads the brokerage and investment arm, Bar Harbor Financial Services. In addition to his management role, he also works with individuals, business owners, and professionals to help them achieve their financial and retirement goals. Craig is a graduate of Husson College and currently lives in Bangor. |
