You'll have a spacious living room; full kitchen with self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, master bedroom, and additional bedroom and/or den & solarium if you choose; and one or two baths. Complementing your personal space are our community's gathering places - the sunlit sitting room, the elegant dining room overlooking the village green, and the library with sweeping views of Blue Hill Bay. Additional amenities include an exercise room, activities room, workshop, deck, walking trails, and game room.

In keeping with the Parker Ridge philosophy of accommodating individual preferences, many services are provided to all residents while others are optional. Basic services include evening meals in the graciously appointed Parker Ridge dining room, plus building repair and maintenance, snow and trash removal, 24-hour emergency call monitoring, scheduled van service, expanded activities program, and a wellness program. A daily meal, housekeeping, heat and electricity are included in our Inn apartment rental fee. Laundry, chore services, and covered parking for Inn residents are available for an additional fee.
